• Where is the store based?

  Rosarito, Mexico

• What type of shipping you're using?

  I'm shipping from Mexico, and I'm using economy registered shipping.

  That means if you're purchasing from another Country that's not Mexico:
  ♥ It's by ground inside Mexico and it needs to travel from my state to Mexico's customs. It takes around 1-2 weeks to arrive Mexico customs.
  ♥ It's by airmail once it's proccesed and revised on Mexico's customs. It takes around 2-7 days to take a flight and leave Mexico.
  ♥ You can track your order. I always give you a Tracking Number, normally it arrives USA in the 1st week after it says: "Processed Through Sort Facility - MEXICO AEREO D.F., MEXICO" but sometimes it takes up to 3 weeks.

• How long do you take to ship my order?

  1-2 weeks. Your order it's carefully packed and handmade. That means I do the envelope(s), I decorate them, I even sew the ribbons on your envelope. I try to make your purchase cute from outside too.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• My item didn't arrived.

  Please make sure your address it's correct. If you didn't write correctly your address I won't ship it again unless you pay for the shipping once I have it back. I won't reffund either.

  If your item had the correct address but was returned I'll ship it back to the same address.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!
